Responsibilities - Service Technician:

• Accuratelydiagnose and perform high-quality repairs and maintenancein a timely manner, ensuring all work meets dealership and manufacturer standards.

• Clearlydocument and communicaterepair needs, required parts, and estimated repair time to Service Advisors and the Service Manager.
• Inspect, repair, and replace mechanical and electronic components to ensure optimal vehicle performance.
• Maintaindetailed service and repair recordsfor accuracy and compliance.
• Install new equipment, components, and systems as needed.
• Conductpre- and post-repair vehicle testingto ensure issues are fully resolved.
• Troubleshoot and repairelectrical wiring, circuits, and fixturesto maintain vehicle safety and functionality.
• Perform additional duties as assigned, based on expertise and certifications.

Qualifications/Requirements - Service Technician:

• Service Technician Experience is Required.
• ASE and/or Ford Certification is a Plus.
• Ability to be analytical and multi-task.
• Good work ethic and a can do attitude.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Resume must be uploaded, and online assessment completed for immediate consideration.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.
• Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screen.
