Toyota of Sylacauga needs to hire a Parts Manager or Assistant Parts Manager
able to "hit the ground running" to oversee and manage our profitable Parts Department, maintain correct inventory, and ensure the staff's performance. Parts Management experience is preferred. Toyota parts experience is preferred.

Responsibilities - Auto Dealership Parts Manager:

  • Oversee and manage a profitable and efficient Parts Department
  • Train and manage staff
  • Manage retail and wholesale parts counters
  • Keep parts department up to date on delivery schedule
  • Maintain stock levels that enable our service department to complete repairs without delay
  • Establish pricing to generate profits
  • Review sales, costs, and inventory monthly
  • Maintain a clean and organized department
  • Maintain high CSI

Requirements - Auto Dealership Parts Manager:

  • Auto Parts Manager or Assistant Parts Manager experience is Required
  • Toyota or Southeast Toyota parts experience is preferred
  • Excellent management and leadership skills
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and computer skills
  • Good work ethic and organizational skills
  • Valid driver's license and a good driving record
  • High school diploma or equivalent
