We need to hire a Lot Attendant Manager to oversee the presentation of our vehicle inventory. You will be managing a team of Lot Attendants, ensuring the lot is clean, secure and visually appealing as well as coordinating with other departments to support dealership operations.

Responsibilities - Lot Attendant Manager:
- Supervise and schedule Lot Attendants to ensure efficient operations.
- Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and safety of the vehicle lot.
- Oversee the movement, parking, and display of vehicles to maximize space and appeal.
- Inspect vehicles for damage and ensure they are properly maintained (e.g., washing, tire checks).
- Coordinate with sales and service departments to ensure timely vehicle preparation and delivery.
- Monitor inventory and report discrepancies or issues to management.
- Train and mentor lot attendants, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Enforce safety protocols and company policies.
- Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients.
Qualifications/Requirements - Lot Attendant Manager:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role, preferably in automotive or dealership settings is preferred
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Capability to lift and move items up to 75 lbs.
