Our Claims team is currently seeking a Sr. Auto Litigation Adjuster.
This is a full time, exempt role. Hybrid work arrangement, 2 days in office.

POSITION OVERVIEW:
Responsible for the settlement of litigated cases, involving disputes over coverage, liability, and damages issues. This professional will gather the facts and analyze the statements/testimony and declaration of damages to develop claims resolution strategies. The same will be achieved through working in partnership with defense counsel and field adjusters to bring about a timely cost effective conclusion.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:
- Must have or secure and maintain appropriate states adjuster license (s) and continuing education credits.
- Responsible for the settlement of litigated cases, involving disputes over coverage, liability, and damages issues.
- Gather the facts and analyze the statements/testimony and declaration of damages to develop claims resolution strategies.
- Work in partnership with defense counsel and field adjusters to bring about a timely cost-effective conclusion.
- These claims require the highest level of investigation, analysis, evaluation, and negotiation.
WHAT YOU NEED TO APPLY:
- Typically has 5+ years professional experience prior Bodily Injury Litigated claims handling experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers
