Job Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean interior and exterior surfaces of vehicles, including washing, waxing, and polishing
- Vacuum and shampoo carpets, seats, and other fabric upholstery inside the vehicle
- Clean and condition leather upholstery
- Detail and clean vehicle dashboards, consoles, vents, and other hard-to-reach areas
- Perform steam cleaning and deodorizing services when necessary
- Use high-quality detailing products to enhance and maintain vehicle appearance
- Remove spots, stains, and grease from both the interior and exterior of vehicles
- Clean engine bays and components with appropriate equipment and chemicals
- Apply waxes and sealants for long-term paint protection
- Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces to ensure clarity and visibility
- Inspect vehicles for any damage or wear and report findings to management
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including detailing tools and equipment
- Follow all safety protocols while handling cleaning solutions and operating equipment
- Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring customer satisfaction with the detailing service provided
- Work efficiently and manage time effectively to complete tasks
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in auto detailing preferred but not required
- Knowledge of cleaning products, chemicals, and equipment
- Ability to operate extractors, hoses, vacuums, and other detailing equipment
- Manual dexterity and physical stamina
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to company policies
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Flexibility to work in various weather conditions
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and work with hands for extended periods
- Willingness to work weekends and overtime as needed
- Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance and repair
- Ability to manage time effectively and work independently
- Capacity to lift up to 50 pounds
- Knowledge of industry safety practices and standards
