A leading luxury dealership in the Pittsburgh, PA area is looking for an EXPERIENCED Automotive Finance Manager to join their team. Responsibilities - Automotive Finance Manager:

  • Arrange and present vehicle financing options to customers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process
  • Sell after-market products, including extended warranties, and drive profitability
  • Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with lending institutions
  • Achieve and exceed dealership sales goals and financial targets
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and communication
  • Ensure all finance-related paperwork, including registrations, tags, tax, and title, is handled efficiently and in compliance with state law

Requirements - Automotive Finance Manager:
  • Required: Proven automotive finance manager experience
  • Strong ability to structure deals for maximum profitability while adhering to dealership guidelines
  • Expertise in leasing and special finance programs
  • Familiarity with state law requirements and all relevant vehicle paperwork
  • High ethical standards and attention to detail
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, with a strong ability to make sound decisions
  • Proficient in the use of dealership software and finance tools
  • A professional appearance and a strong work ethic
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident
  • Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screening
