Our Busy Service Department is seeking BDC (Business Development) Appointment Schedulers to WORK ON-SITE Monday - Friday, 9am to 6pm, and every other Saturday, 7am to 4pm, in our FUN, fast-paced department to answer calls, schedule appointments for automotive repairs, recall work, maintenance, oil changes, etc. We appreciate our employees our invest in their success. Responsibilities - Service Dept. BDC Appt. Scheduler:

• Work ON-SITE to answer calls and s chedule appointments for auto repair, recall work, maintenance, and more.
• Make outbound calls to confirm service appointments, reschedule 'no-show' appointments, and offer 'specials'
• Verify recalls, contact customers via shortfall lists (recalls)
• Provide exceptional customer service to every customer
  
  

Qualifications - Service Dept. BDC Appt. Scheduler :

• Must be able to work Monday - Friday, 9am to 6pm, and and every other Saturday, 7am to 4pm.
• Experience is preferred but not required. Excellent training is provided.
• Outgoing, friendly and dependable with a good work ethic
• Good computer, communication and customer service skills
• Customer service and telephone call center experience is a plus
• A positive attitude and motivated to succeed
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
