Responsibilities BDC Representative:

  • Inbound Lead Management: Handle incoming calls, emails, and web leads from prospective customers.
  • Outbound Follow-Up: Proactively reach out to internet leads and past customers to set appointments.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate vehicle demos and service appointments with the sales and service teams.
  • CRM Updating: Accurately enter and maintain customer information in our dealership management system.
  • Customer Relationship Building: Deliver outstanding, friendly service that turns inquiries into showroom visits.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales, finance, and service departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.


Qualifications/Responsibilities BDC Representative:

  • No Experience Required: Entry-level roletraining provided.
  • Prior sales or dealership experience is a HUGE PLUS.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Clear, professional phone etiquette and email writing.
  • Customer-Service Mindset: Friendly, patient, and solution-oriented.
  • Organizational Ability: Comfortable managing multiple tasks and follow-ups.
  • Tech-Savvy: Basic proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office.
  • Positive Attitude: Eager to learn and grow in a team environment.
  • Valid drivers license with good driving record.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
