Responsibilities - Service Appointment Setter/Assistant:
- Work in our busy call center to answer inbound calls and internet requests, schedule auto repair/service appointments, assist Service Advisor staff with daily duties, oversee loaner car fleet and utilization, follow up with customers after service has been completed to ensure their satisfaction, and more.
- Identify customer's needs, answer their questions in a pleasant manner, and assist them to the best of your ability
- Make outbound calls for appointment reminders, recalls, surveys, and more
- Provide excellent customer service
- Perform other tasks as assigned
Qualifications - Service Appointment Setter/Assistant:
- Good customer service, communication, and computer skills. Call center/auto BDC experience is preferred.
- An energetic self-starter that's goal oriented and motivated to succeed
- Professional, ethical, and respectful
- A positive attitude, good work ethic and professional appearance
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent
