Your initial responsibilities as a Customer Sales & Service Representative:
- Develop new customer accounts to increase revenue
- Work directly with customers to discuss and support their needs
- Conduct client visits with new and existing customers
- Educate and engage with our clients
- Create and submit sales reports
- Utilize the best technology the industry can offer like Salesforce for better customer service and sales presentations
- Evaluating each client's needs, and negotiating successful deals
- Work directly with the management team on individual training and development
- Increase customer satisfaction
- Assists in training or mentoring of associates
- Position will interact directly with customers, and all levels of management
