Senior Associate - Advisory & Consulting
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Associate to join our dynamic advisory and consulting team. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with executive leadership, providing strategic insights and financial expertise to a diverse range of clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with senior financial executives to execute critical initiatives within Fortune 1000 organizations. Support a diverse range of high-impact projects, including:
- Financial Strategy & Operations: Budgeting & forecasting, controllership, general ledger management, and month-end close.
- Regulatory Compliance & Reporting: SEC reporting, SOX/internal audit, external audit preparation, and financial restatements.
- Strategic Transactions & Transformations: IPO readiness, M&A integration, divestitures/carve-outs, and restructuring.
- Process Optimization & Technology: System implementations, process improvement, and project management.
- Technical & Tax Accounting: Technical accounting guidance, tax research, and financial reporting enhancements.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field. CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in public accounting, financial consulting, or a related advisory role.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with executive leadership.
- Proven ability to manage projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and adaptability.
Required:
- 2.5 Years+ of Public Accounting experience
- Authorized to work in the U.S. or TN Eligibility
