Growing CPA firm is looking to add talented audit professionals to their growing team. The firm primarily focuses on audits of NFP and Government entities. Responsibilities include audit planning, substantive testing, process walk through's, financial statement reviews and analysis, and mentoring of staff.
Hybrid schedule - very flexible with some local travel to clients.
Responsibilities:
- Work with client contacts and internal team to execute planning of audits.
- Conduct substantive testing of balance sheet and income statement line items.
- Perform process walk through's and ensure proper internal controls functionality.
- Review and analyze financial statement information.
- Conduct technical accounting research as needed.
- Mentor and train new staff.
Experience Requirements
- BS in Accounting, Finance, or similar
- 5+ years of public accounting audit experience
- CPA Required
