Job Title: Audit Manager

Job Summary: We're seeking an experienced Audit Manager to join our growing team at a mid-size CPA firm in New Jersey. The ideal candidate will lead audit engagements, manage client relationships, and develop staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute audit engagements for various industries
- Review financial statements and work papers
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, GAAS, and firm policies
- Manage multiple client engagements simultaneously
- Develop and mentor junior staff
- Maintain and expand client relationships
- Contribute to practice growth and business development
Requirements:
- CPA license
- 5+ years of public accounting experience, with at least 2 years at the senior level
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and GAAS
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
- Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office suite
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a range of industries
- Familiarity with data analytics tools
- History of contributing to firm initiatives or committees
