Our company is searching for a dynamic and experienced Sales Analyst with a knack for turning raw data into valuable insights. This role is permanent and full-time, providing you with the opportunity to contribute to our company's success over the long term. You'll be working in a fast-paced, challenging environment where your analytical skills will be put to the test. You'll be part of a collaborative team that values innovation and creativity.

Responsibilities:

As a Sales Analyst, your primary responsibility will be to analyze and interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights to drive our sales strategy. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

1. Developing, implementing, and maintaining data dashboards using Tableau and Power BI.
2. Leveraging Business Intelligence tools to generate reports that provide insights into sales trends.
3. Conducting deep-dive analysis on our retail analytics data to identify opportunities for sales growth.
4. Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to understand their needs and provide them with relevant data insights.
5. Using Excel to manage large datasets and perform complex calculations.
6. Presenting findings to senior management in a clear and concise manner.
7. Working on special projects as needed to support strategic initiatives.
8. Continually improving our data analysis processes to ensure we're making the most of our data.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need a specific set of skills and experience:

1. Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Business, Economics, Statistics, or Mathematics.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a retail environment.
3. Proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, and Excel is a must.
4. Strong knowledge of Business Intelligence tools and retail analytics.
5. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
8. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
9. Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
10. Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
