Job DetailsReporting to Partners, Directors, and Senior Managers, you will be the primary point of contact of clients and oversee day-to-day responsibilities of the Assurance team. As the Assurance Manager, you will lead a team of Associates and Senior Associates who will look to you for mentorship, development & training opportunities and, ensure service level excellence.
- Manage multiple client relationships and engagements
- Analyze and research accounting and auditing matters, and develop effective solutions
- Manage a team of Associates and Sr. Associates, and provide training, coaching, and mentoring
- Participate in professional and community events and activities
- Bachelor's or master's degree in accounting
- 5+ years of public accounting experience
- Hold a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation
A proven record of building profitable, sustainable client relationships
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment
