Job Title: Audit Manager, CPA or Senior Audit Manager
Location: Portland, OR (Hybrid/On-site options available)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee audits for a range of clients, ensuring compliance with GAAP and regulatory standards
  • Lead and mentor a team of staff auditors, providing guidance and training to foster their professional growth
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, offering strategic advice on financial and operational matters
  • Review and approve workpapers, financial statements, and reports to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Stay up to date with industry changes and regulatory developments to ensure the firm's clients are always in compliance
  • Assist with internal and external project management, budgeting, and scheduling


Requirements:

  • CPA License required
  • Minimum of 5 years of audit experience, including managing audits from start to finish
  • Strong understanding of GAAP and audit methodologies
  • Proven experience in leading teams and managing client relationships
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with audit software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
