- Familiarity with AV control and DSP systems, including troubleshooting experience; programming skill preferred (C , SIMPL, Lua scripting).
- Preferred Experience with Zoom Rooms installation and troubleshooting; administrative experience preferred.
- Proficient in effectively communicating and collaborating with end-users, vendors, manufacturers, and colleagues to ensure project and service success.
- Prior experience in the audiovisual industry preferred.
- Practical experience desired in installing and integrating AV equipment, with the ability to occasionally lift 50 lbs., from industry-standard manufacturers including Crestron, QSC, Shure, Poly, Logitech, Neat, Chief, Samsung, and Absen
- Experience with some ITSM tool (ex., ServiceNow) and awareness of ITIL processes is preferred.
- CTS/CTS-I certification desired
