We're seeking a strategic and execution-driven Marketing Program Manager to lead ETF-focused initiatives within a highly collaborative investment marketing team. In this role, you will design, launch, and manage marketing programs that elevate brand recognition and support the growth of Exchange-Traded Fund (ETF) products in the marketplace. You'll work closely with cross-functional partners in sales, product, analytics, creative, and digital marketing to deliver high-impact campaigns with measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that drive ETF adoption and awareness.
- Translate business objectives and market insights into clear marketing strategies and creative briefs.
- Serve as the primary liaison between marketing, sales, product, and external partners to ensure alignment on goals and messaging.
- Oversee the execution of multi-channel tactics including digital advertising, social media (especially LinkedIn), website content, and media coordination.
- Manage ETF-related presence at conferences and virtual events, ensuring consistent brand representation.
- Collaborate with the insights and analytics teams to uncover key client needs and industry trends that inform campaign planning.
- Monitor campaign progress, remove blockers, and support internal teams such as copywriters and designers with timely direction and feedback.
- Contribute to an editorial calendar that aligns social media efforts with ETF strategic objectives.
- Track campaign performance against defined success metrics and report on impact.
- Provide oversight and mentorship to junior team members and manage workstreams through tools like Workfront and PowerPoint.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in marketing with a strong background in integrated campaign management; ETF or financial services experience preferred but not required.
- Proven ability to connect strategic thinking with tactical execution.
- Experience managing multi-channel marketing programs (digital, social, events, content).
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and leading through influence.
- Skilled in identifying insights and translating them into actionable marketing strategies.
- Highly organized with excellent project management and prioritization skills.
- Familiarity with marketing tools such as Workfront, PowerPoint, and digital analytics platforms is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid team environment.
