Description
- Comprehensive Administrative Support: Managing assignments, handling phone calls (with minimal email monitoring), processing expenses and travel arrangements, entering attorney time, and creating and editing legal documents.
- Client Interaction: Addressing and following up on client requests, building and maintaining positive business relationships.
- Calendar and Travel Management: Coordinating complex meetings, conference calls, and both domestic and international travel.
- Document Preparation: Proofreading, revising, and formatting legal documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
Profile
- No degree required.
- 5+ years of experience in a support role within a law firm, legal environment, or similar setting.
- Strong team-oriented mindset, adaptability, and excellent multitasking skills.
- A genuine interest in collaborating closely with attorneys in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and advanced PowerPoint skills are highly preferred.
- Familiarity with legal timekeeping software and document management systems.
- Experience managing high-volume travel arrangements.
