We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Family Law Paralegal to join our firm. As a Family Law Paralegal, you will support our attorneys on matters related to family law, including divorce, child custody, and adoption. Your role will involve drafting legal documents, assisting in court proceedings, and guiding clients on complex family law issues.

Job Details

Responsibilities:

• Assist attorneys in managing family law cases, including divorce, child custody, spousal support, and adoption matters.
• Draft and prepare legal documents such as petitions, motions, affidavits, and court orders tailored to individual client needs.
• Conduct client interviews and gather necessary information to support case preparation and strategy.
• Manage case files, ensuring all documents are organized and deadlines are met.
• Assist attorneys during court proceedings by organizing exhibits, coordinating witnesses, and providing general support
