Business Litigation Associate

Key Qualifications:
- Must be a current and active member of the State Bar of California, in good standing.
- In-depth knowledge of the California Code of Civil Procedure and Evidence Code.
- Hands-on litigation experience, including pleadings, discovery (drafting demands and responses), motion practice, courtroom appearances, depositions (taking and defending), mediations, and settlement negotiations.
- Collaborative team player, able to work effectively across practice groups.
- Prior private law practice experience, ideally with responsibilities for client matters (under supervision) and disciplined contemporaneous timekeeping.
- Demonstrated ability to independently identify issues, anticipate litigation strategies, and provide recommendations.
- Strong academic credentials and a proven track record of excellence.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills, paired with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
- Outstanding legal research abilities, as well as proficiency in factual and investigative research.
