Qualifications:

To be considered for the Permanent Attorney (Intake) position, the candidate must meet the following qualifications:

1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in personal injury and medical malpractice law.
3. A strong track record in case management and client intake.
4. Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to evaluate complex legal issues.
5. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, medical professionals, and legal teams.
6. Proficient in legal research and the use of legal technology tools.
7. Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain client confidentiality.
8. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
9. Active member in good standing with the State Bar.
