Job DetailsJob Details:
- Drafting and reviewing wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents
- Advising clients on estate planning strategies and tax implications
- Representing clients in probate and estate administration proceedings
- Conducting legal research and staying updated on changes in estate law
- Collaborating with financial advisors, accountants, and other professionals
-Providing guidance on charitable giving and asset protection
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in Utah
- Preferred 3-5 years of experience in estate planning and probate law
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
