Job Details

Job Details:

• Drafting and reviewing wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents
• Advising clients on estate planning strategies and tax implications
• Representing clients in probate and estate administration proceedings
• Conducting legal research and staying updated on changes in estate law
• Collaborating with financial advisors, accountants, and other professionals

-Providing guidance on charitable giving and asset protection

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in Utah
• Preferred 3-5 years of experience in estate planning and probate law
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
