Job Details

Responsibilities:

As a Permanent Attorney, you will be responsible for handling all aspects of personal injury cases from inception through resolution. Your key responsibilities will include:

1. Handling a high-volume caseload and managing multiple cases simultaneously.
2. Representing clients in court hearings, mediations, and depositions.
3. Conducting thorough client consultations and providing legal guidance.
4. Negotiating with insurance companies and defense attorneys to achieve successful settlements.
5. Preparing and presenting cases for trial.
6. Providing regular case updates to clients and maintaining clear and consistent communication.
7. Conducting legal research and preparing legal documents.
8. Collaborating with team members to develop strategies for case progression and resolution.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following qualifications:

1. Must be a licensed attorney in good standing with the Florida Bar.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Personal Injury Attorney.
3. Proven litigation experience, including trial experience.
4. Experience in conducting and managing court hearings, depositions, and mediations.
5. Demonstrated ability to manage a high-volume caseload and handle multiple cases simultaneously.
6. Proven track record of successful settlements and negotiations with insurance companies and defense attorneys.
7. Excellent client consultation skills and the ability to provide clear and concise legal guidance.
8. Strong case management skills.
9. Bilingual abilities are highly desirable.
10. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
11. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
12. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
13. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
14. High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
