Our client, a prestigious multinational law firm with a reputation for excellence across litigation and transactional practices, is seeking a talented and driven Mid to Senior-Level Associate to join its Structured Finance group in New York
About the Role:-
This is an exceptional opportunity for a mid-level associate (3-6 years of experience) with a background in structured finance, securitization, or related financial transactions such as leveraged finance, capital markets, or private credit. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated interest in working on structured finance deals and should be eager to contribute to a dynamic and collaborative team. Experience with asset-backed securities (ABS), collateralized loan obligations (CLOs), warehouse financings, or asset-backed lending is a strong plus, but not required.
Key Qualifications:-
- 3-6 years of relevant legal experience at a top-tier law firm
- Experience in structured finance or related finance practices (leveraged finance, capital markets, private credit).
- Strong transactional background with excellent drafting, negotiation, and client management skills.
- J.D. from a top law school with a strong academic record.
- Admitted to practice in New York (or eligible for admission).
- Motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to work on complex, high-profile deals.
- A team player with excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
