Are you a senior-level real estate attorney who thrives on taking ownership of complex deals from start to finish? In this role, you'll serve as first chair on both borrower and lender-side financings, negotiate high-value joint ventures, LLCs, and purchase and sale agreements, and collaborate directly with clients and top-tier deal teams. You enjoy being the point person who leads the transaction from beginning to end, so you're not just reviewing documents, you're quarterbacking the whole deal. What To Expect as a Senior Real Estate Transactional Attorney
Serve as first chair on complex real estate financing transactions Negotiate and draft loan documents, joint venture agreements, LLCs, purchase and sale agreements Coordinate closely with partners, clients, paralegals, and opposing counsel to move deals forward Simultaneously manage multiple transactions with a high degree of autonomy Assess legal risk in structuring deals and offer practical, strategic advice Mentor junior attorneys and paralegals, and contribute to a collaborative team environment Qualifications For Success
. from an accredited law school and admission to the California Bar 10-20 years of real estate transaction experience at Senior Associate, Senior Counsel, or Partner level Demonstrated leadership on real estate financings - borrower or lender side Experience with joint ventures, syndications, and investor-side structuring Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills Strong relationship building skills for significant direct contact with clients Ability to manage deals independently and keep them on track Positive, team-oriented mindset and a desire to work in a fast-paced, high-level practice Mission Recruiting is proud to represent some of the most prestigious organizations in the country.
