Attorney - Employment Law

- Advise Clients: Help businesses and individuals navigate the complexities of employment law, from compliance to policy development to dispute resolution.
- Litigate Cases: Represent clients in high-stakes employment litigation, including claims involving wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, wage and hour issues, and more.
- Draft and Negotiate: Prepare and review employment agreements, severance packages, non-compete clauses, and workplace policies.
- Stay Ahead: Monitor and interpret evolving employment laws and provide forward-thinking solutions to clients.
- Build Relationships: Serve as a trusted advisor, maintaining and growing strong client relationships.
- Collaborate: Work with a talented team of professionals across various practice areas to deliver comprehensive solutions.
What We're Looking For: We're seeking someone who brings both skill and passion to their work. To thrive in this role, you'll need:
- Admission to the Colorado Bar (or eligibility to waive in).
- At least 5 years of legal experience, with a strong focus on employment law preferred.
- A proven track record of delivering results for clients, whether through litigation, negotiation, or advisory work.
- Exceptional communication and analytical skills, with the ability to simplify complex legal issues.
- A portable book of business that showcases your ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
