Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Attorney at Wisler Pearlstine, LLP located in Blue Bell, PA. with flexibility for remote work. We are seeking an attorney with 0-5 years litigation experience for our Special Education Law Practice Group. Background in Education/School law preferred, but not required. Experience in civil litigation including both State and Federal preferred.
The Attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice, conducting research, negotiating, and specializing in fields such as Education/School Law.
Qualifications
- Law and Legal Advice skills
- Experience in Civil Litigation both State and Federal preferred.
- Background in Education/School law preferred.
- Research abilities
- Drafting legal documents
- Negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Active member in good standing of the state Bar
- Proficient in Microsoft, Excel and Document Management
