Attorney Commercial Litigation

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Litigation Attorney to join our accomplished legal team. This position is perfect for a talented attorney with extensive experience in handling complex business disputes and a history of achieving successful outcomes in litigation.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee all stages of commercial litigation, from case initiation to final resolution.
2. Advocate for clients in trials, hearings, mediations, and other legal proceedings.
3. Conduct comprehensive legal research and formulate case strategies.
4. Prepare, review, and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
5. Provide clients with sound legal advice and risk assessments on business disputes.
6. Negotiate settlements and explore alternative dispute resolution options.
7. Manage various commercial disputes, including contract breaches, partnership disagreements, and intellectual property matters.
8. Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to ensure efficient and effective case handling.
9. Stay informed about changes in laws, regulations, and industry trends.

Qualifications:

1. Juris Doctor (J.D.) from a recognized law school.
2. Active membership with the California State Bar.
3. Experience in commercial litigation.
4. Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
5. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
6. Proficiency with legal research and case management software.
7. Familiarity with e-discovery tools and procedures.
