It is an exciting time to join the Attollo Prep team. Attollo has experienced accelerated growth over the last 10 years, going from serving a handful of high school seniors to currently working with more than 600 students in 10 school districts across Lancaster County. With this level of growth, the need to enhance our fundraising strategy and increase local and other funding opportunities has become more critical.

At Attollo, we believe talent is universal, but opportunity is not. High-achieving students from low-income communities should apply to the nation's most selective colleges and universities. Attollo empowers and prepares high school students from diverse backgrounds for life after high school.

Candidates who are passionate about the opportunity to effect meaningful change in the lives of thousands of diverse students and the next generation of leaders are encouraged to apply. Enthusiasm for our mission and a familiarity with the Lancaster, Pennsylvania philanthropic landscape will be highly valued.
