Onsite attendance is required for all internal company meetings.

- 1+ year experience with Cvent for reg site build and attendee management
- Proficient in Excel and other O365 tools
- Organized, detail orientated, and can multitask
- Personable, strong communicator, and eager to learn and grow

Job Description
Insight Global is looking for an Attendee Manager for one of our customers in the Life Sciences industry. This person will work within the meeting planning organization and assist with Website Registration Builds and Attendee Management for events. He/she will assist with various administrative tasks pre and post event in order to ensure successful execution, including but not limited to managing hotel and convention room blocks, name badges, registration reports, and post event reconciliation. The ideal candidate should have experience with Cvent, be comfortable with data entry, be very organized, and have a willingness to roll up their sleeves and jump in to various admin like tasks.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
