Candidate Profile:
JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record(link removed)>
Active Bar Admission in Georgia(link removed)>
26 years of substantive experience representing financial institutions and corporate borrowers in complex lending transactions(link removed)>
Demonstrated experience with acquisition financings, cross-border financings, and syndicated credit facilities(link removed)>
Prior experience at a large law firm is strongly preferred(link removed)>
Excellent drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Represent lenders and borrowers in a broad range of financing transactions, including acquisition financings and syndicated credit facilities.
Draft and negotiate loan documents and related transactional materials.
Coordinate and conduct due diligence, and oversee all aspects of deal execution.
Collaborate with partners and clients to develop and implement deal strategies.
Work closely with cross-office teams on multi-jurisdictional matters.

Compensation is highly competitive, with a base salary range of $235,000-$390,000, commensurate with experience.
