What You'll Do:

Here are some of the tasks you'll be responsible for daily:
  • Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards
  • Execute housekeeping requests like extra towels, toothpaste/brush, iron, hair dryer delivery, etc
  • Execute maintenance requests like TV issues, battery replacement in a remote, assistance with HVAC
  • Shuttle driver, that will include pick up/drop off of the mail, assistance with fire pits
  • Anticipate and address guests' service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and thank guests with genuine appreciation
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, and support team to reach common goals
  • Perform any job-related duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements:
  • Self- starting personality who is reliable
  • Always maintain professional appearance
  • Team player who is willing to help with other duties
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs
  • Valid driver's license (required)

  • Be prepared to accommodate varying schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • This position will require moving self in different positions to accomplish tasks in various environments including tight and confined spaces.
  • This position will require moving for 90% of the time sometimes in varying temperatures.
