As an Entry Level AT&T Sales Support Representative, you'll be on the ground in Austin neighborhoods, sparking initial interest in AT&T's cutting-edge internet, mobile, and entertainment solutions. You'll be the friendly face that provides introductory information, serving as an Entry Level AT&T Sales Support Representative, answers basic questions, and helps lay the groundwork for our dedicated sales team to connect residents with the perfect AT&T services for their needs.


Key Responsibilities of the Entry Level AT&T Sales Support Representative:

  • Engage with residents in Austin through outreach in a friendly and approachable manner.
  • Clearly and enthusiastically introduce AT&T's core services and current promotions.
  • Provide informative marketing materials and answer basic questions about AT&T's offerings.
  • Identify individuals who express interest in AT&T services and gather preliminary contact information.
  • Build positive initial rapport with potential customers, creating a welcoming first impression.
  • Effectively communicate the benefits of connecting with AT&T.
  • Support the field sales team by generating qualified leads within assigned Austin territories.
  • Assist with local community outreach efforts as needed.
  • Accurately document your interactions and any leads generated.
  • Be eager to learn and grow your knowledge of AT&T's products and services.

Minimum Qualifications of the Entry Level AT&T Sales Support Representative:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college experience is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A positive, outgoing, and enthusiastic personality.
  • Strong listening skills and the ability to understand basic customer inquiries.
  • A genuine interest in learning about sales and the telecommunications industry.
  • Reliability and a strong work ethic.
  • Comfortable with engaging with people in Austin.
  • Must be a resident of the Austin metropolitan area or have a strong understanding of the local community.
