Job Description:

As an AT&T Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be engaging with customers in-store, actively helping them find the right products and services to meet their needs. This is a customer-facing sales role, so you will be expected to approach customers, build rapport, and guide them through the purchasing process. We offer paid training at $15 per hour, giving you the opportunity to develop the skills you need to succeed in the role. You will also have the opportunity to earn commissions based on your sales performance, so the more you sell, the more you can make.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage Customers Actively: Approach and initiate conversations with walk-in customers, build relationships, and understand their needs to recommend the best AT&T products and services.
  • Drive Sales: Actively sell AT&T services and product lines, helping customers find the solutions that best fit their needs, whether that's smartphones, plans, accessories, or home services.
  • Customer Education: Explain the benefits of AT&T's products, services, and promotions in a clear and engaging manner, ensuring that customers feel well-informed about their choices.
  • Achieve Sales Goals: Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets through strong customer interactions, closing sales, and upselling additional products and services.
  • Product and Promotion Knowledge: Continuously learn about new AT&T services, products, and promotions through training and self-learning to stay up-to-date and provide the best recommendations.
  • In-Store Experience: Maintain a positive, welcoming, and professional environment in-store, helping customers feel comfortable and valued while you assist them in selecting their products.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with your team to achieve sales goals and provide feedback to improve store performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Training and Development: Attend in-store training 4 times per week, learning new product knowledge, sales techniques, and promotion strategies to better engage with customers.

Requirements:

  • Must be located in Kyle, TX, or willing to relocate.
  • Available to work 42 hours per week, including weekends (AM or Afternoon shifts).
  • Comfortable engaging customers in-store and approaching them proactively.
  • No prior sales experience required - we provide training, but a passion for technology and helping people is essential.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to connect with a variety of customers.
  • Motivated by performance and willing to work towards meeting sales targets and earning commissions.
  • Ability to quickly learn and understand AT&T products, services, and promotions.
