As an AT&T Sales Agent on our team, you will be the key point of contact, bringing AT&T's cutting-edge internet, mobile, and entertainment solutions directly to potential customers in Austin. You'll leverage your exceptional communication skills in your position as an AT&T Sales Agent and product knowledge to understand their needs, present compelling solutions, and guide them through the enrollment process, turning conversations into satisfied AT&T customers.


Key Responsibilities of the AT&T Sales Agent:

  • Proactively engage with residents in Austin through outreach to introduce and sell AT&T's range of services.
  • Develop a strong understanding of AT&T's product portfolio and effectively communicate the benefits and value to potential customers in Austin.
  • Identify individual customer needs in Austin and recommend tailored AT&T service packages that best meet those requirements.
  • Build instant rapport and establish trust with community members in Austin through friendly, informative, and professional interactions at their homes.
  • Confidently present AT&T's services, answer questions, and address any concerns to facilitate informed decisions among Austin residents.
  • Guide potential customers in Austin through the enrollment process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
  • Meet and exceed established daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets within your assigned Austin territory.
  • Distribute AT&T marketing materials and participate in local community engagement activities in Austin as needed.
  • Accurately document all sales activities and customer interactions within Austin.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest AT&T service offerings, promotions relevant to the Austin market, and campaign details.
  • Collaborate effectively with the Educo Solutions Inc. team to share successful sales strategies and insights from the field in Austin.


Minimum Qualifications of the AT&T Sales Agent:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college experience is a plus.
  • Proven experience in direct sales, field sales, or a customer-facing role with a strong track record of achieving targets is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to connect with people and build rapport quickly within the Austin community.
  • Strong self-motivation, a proactive attitude, and a relentless drive to achieve and exceed sales goals in Austin.
  • Excellent listening skills and the ability to understand and address customer needs effectively in Austin.
  • A positive, enthusiastic, and engaging personality with a professional demeanor.
  • Must be a resident of the Austin metropolitan area or have a strong understanding of the local community.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends, as required by the door-to-door nature of the role in Austin.
  • Basic understanding of telecommunications services is beneficial, but a strong aptitude for learning and sales is essential within the Austin market.
