We are seeking to bring on an AT&T Customer Service Representative to join our robust team, supporting the AT&T campaign. This is a venerable opportunity to be the voice of AT&T, providing exceptional service and building lasting customer relationships to expand brand awareness.


As an AT&T Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers assisting them with a wide range of inquiries and ensuring their experience with services is positive and seamless. The AT&T Customer Service Representative will utilize excellent communication and problem-solving skills to address needs, build trust, and contribute to overall customer satisfaction.


AT&T Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

  • Actively listen to customers to understand their inquiries and concerns to best find solutions that will work for them
  • Assist customers with troubleshooting related to billing, service issues, technical difficulties, and account information.
  • Process all sales orders for customers based on the product and/or service they are interested in
  • Use problem solving skills and service knowledge to resolve customer issues, escalating complex problems when needed
  • Provide clear and accurate information to customers regarding internet, phone, TV, and wireless services, as well as available plans and promotions
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions in the designated systems
  • Continuously expand your knowledge of AT&T's evolving products, services, and promotions relevant

Qualifications of the AT&T Customer Service Representative:

  • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the telecommunications industry, is highly desirable
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and empathetic phone manner
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to think critically and find effective solutions
  • A genuine passion for providing excellent customer service and a commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Solid organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
