What You'll Do: - Connect with customers in a retail environment to understand their needs and recommend wireless products and services.
- Explain product features, promotions, and service plans clearly and engagingly.
- Assist with service activations, upgrades, and general customer inquiries.
- Work toward individual and team sales goals while providing a great customer experience.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
What We Offer: - Hourly pay: $19-$23 per hour (based on experience).
- Commission and performance bonuses-earn more for your results.
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): $45,000-$75,000 per year, depending on performance.
