We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic individual with experience as a US Navy submarine fleet junior officer for this challenging role that combines analysis and engineering. You will be involved in creating various naval training and simulation systems, including:

CIAT - Combined Integrated Air and Missile Defense (IAMD) and Anti-Submarine Warfare (ASW) Trainer

In this role, you will work collaboratively with a team responsible for the design, development, testing, and implementation of large-scale training systems for US Navy submarines. Your responsibilities will include working alongside government clients and fleet end users, internal engineers, and external development teams to coordinate trainer development. You will perform system engineering, track program execution, and oversee integration and testing activities. Additionally, you will collaborate with Navy schoolhouse staff for trainer installation and operation. Join us as a key leader in shaping the future of our team and our remarkable products.

Some travel may be needed to partner organizations or training sites, accounting for approximately 10% to 15% of your job responsibilities.

Required Education
  • High school diploma with substantial subject matter expertise gained through a Submarine ASW-related staff tour.
Required Experience
  • Must be a U.S. citizen and eligible for a U.S. Government granted security clearance; employment contingent upon obtaining an interim Secret security clearance.
  • Minimum of 6 years of relevant submarine and US Navy experience in Undersea Warfare as a submarine officer.
  • Demonstrated subject matter expertise in ARCI or AN/BQQ-10 Sonar system operations.
  • Must be willing to learn and apply new skills while sharing expertise to enhance team development capabilities.
Desired Experience
  • Experience in program support roles, software development/testing, configuration management, and/or technical writing.
  • Knowledge of information assurance practices.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and Atlassian products.
  • Comfortable working directly with software developers and engaging in software testing activities.

Pay Range: Pay Range $80,600.00 - $145,700.00
