Our client, a leader in financial, tax, and marketing software, is hiring an Associate Web Producer to join their team in New York, NY.
This is an 11-month W2 contract with benefits and paid holidays
As the Associate Web Producer, you will support a content acceleration initiative focused on digital production, CMS publishing, and stakeholder coordination across marketing, design, and engineering teams.
Responsibilities:
- Lead content production tasks including QA, page building, localization, and ongoing maintenance using enterprise-level CMS platforms (Contentful preferred)
- Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders (designers, developers, SEO, and marketers) to manage timelines, assets, and execution
- Support digital campaigns and marketing initiatives with a hands-on approach to web publishing
- Participate in regular project planning and status meetings, surfacing blockers and tracking project milestones
- Assist with publishing and optimizing content for SEO performance
- Collaborate closely with marketing engineers and digital producers on web content strategy and execution
Desired Skills:
- 2-5+ years of experience in digital marketing, marketing operations, or web production.
- Experience with Content Management Systems (Contentful preferred; Drupal a plus).
- Basic understanding of HTML and CSS for light editing and QA.
- Familiarity with project management tools like Jira or Workfront.
- Attention to detail, strong time management, and ability to work independently.
- Bonus: Experience with localization, bilingual fluency, or SEO implementation.
