As a key member of the Kenyon College Enrollment Leadership team, the next AVP/Director of Admissions will serve as the College's most senior admissions officer, reporting to the Vice President of Enrollment. In this pivotal role, the AVP will collaborate with the VP for Enrollment and other senior leaders to develop and implement a comprehensive enrollment strategy for both undergraduate and pre-college programs. They will lead a dedicated and experienced admissions team in the work to identify potential students for the College's challenging and collaborative environment, recruit and select them with exceptional care and attention, and compete for their talents with creativity and authenticity. They will oversee the day-to-day functions of the Admissions Office, supervise staff, coordinate professional development and training, maintain strong campus partnerships, and represent the College at regional and national meetings. The work will reflect a deep commitment to the art and science of enrollment management, balancing data-driven decision-making with a personal, human touch.
