Here, modern medicine meets old-fashioned values - a true family environment where teamwork, compassion, and client relationships come first. The hospital is housed in a welcoming, thoughtfully designed facility featuring a full in-house laboratory, digital radiography, and ultrasound capabilities. A wide range of surgeries are performed on-site, supported by access to board-certified pathologists for quick and accurate pathology results. The leadership is deeply invested in staff development and well-being, understanding that a happy team is key to delivering exceptional patient care.

The ideal candidate is a compassionate, family-oriented veterinarian who shares the team's commitment to treating every patient as if they were their own. Whether you're an experienced doctor or a recent graduate, the practice offers a supportive environment, with mentorship readily available for those looking to refine their skills.

The scheduling model is designed to promote work-life balance, with a four-day workweek, thoughtfully managed appointments and surgical time is built into the schedule; allowing doctors to enjoy a balanced and varied caseload.

Compensation for this position is highly competitive, with potential for higher earnings based on production and performance. A comprehensive benefits package is offered, including a 401(k) with employer contribution, health insurance allowances, and paid time off.
