The Associate Store Manager (ASM) plays a vital role in supporting the general manager with the daily operations of the store, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

What You Bring to the Team:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Complete required daily accounting paperwork and ensure timely submission.
  • Supervise, train, and develop hourly employees while holding them accountable to operational standards.
  • Monitor cash handling and inventory and assist in resolving discrepancies as needed.
  • Maintain accurate business records and review cashier accountability sheets as directed by management.
  • Perform banking, invoicing, payroll, and other administrative tasks while following cash control policies.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and environmental guidelines while maintaining store cleanliness.
  • Help manage gasoline levels and coordinate deliveries.
  • Engage in all company promotional initiatives to drive sales.
  • Conduct any additional duties as assigned by the General Manager/Territory Manager.

Qualifications:
  • Flexibility to work varying hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • 1-2 years of supervisory experience preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently without supervision.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to accurately count, read, and write.
  • Basic computer skills are required.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are essential.
  • Comfortable working in varying temperatures.
  • Physical capability to reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb stairs, and lift up to 25 lbs.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
Education:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
