Position Summary
The Associate Advanced Biologics Consultant (AABC) is responsible for assisting the assigned territory Advanced Biologics Consultant(ABC) in driving sales by aiding in promoting and selling placental-based allograft implants and cadaveric-based implants, derived from donated human tissue. This role requires a collaborative sales approach (under the guidance of the territory ABC and Regional Director) to establish and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, and surgical centers. The AABC is responsible for strategically assisting sales performance, helping address customer/account needs and working closely with the ABC and Regional Director to execute an overall successful territory strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist ABC in developing and managing sales within the assigned territory to achieve revenue targets.
- Assist ABC in building and maintaining strong relationships with surgeons, hospitals, and other key decision-makers.
- Help in educating healthcare professionals on the benefits, applications, and proper use of placental-based and cadaveric-based allografts.
- Assist in providing exceptional customer support and address inquiries related to product usage and logistics.
- Collaborate with the ABC and Regional Director to develop and execute a targeted sales plan.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and advancements in biologics.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
- Maintain a strong understanding of regulatory laws governing biologics and tissue-based implants and stay up to date on changing policies that may impact sales and distribution.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 1-2 years of sales acumen with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with the ABC, Regional Director and sales team.
- Familiarity with regulatory laws and industry compliance standards related to biologics and tissue-based implants.
- Ability to stay updated on evolving policies and regulations impacting the industry.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
- Knowledge of surgical procedures, hospital procurement processes, and biologic implants is a plus.
Salary Range: $75,000 - $80,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications
