Responsibilities: - Responsible for reviewing, analyzing, understanding, and verifying the requirements for newly closed opportunities including, but not limited to required forms, pricing, discounts, promotions, signatures, and approvals.
- Accurately enters qualified sales opportunities into OTC including but not limited to customer setup, scn setup, and related pricing per the contracted/agreed to terms from the client in order to ensure accurate invoicing to clients.
- Ensure that the sales credit/rollcall entered into OTC matches what the salesperson expected and communicate any discrepancies to the salesperson.
- Communicates with internal clients in order to obtain written approval for any new features sold/added (additional business) using standard communication templates.
- Build deeper understanding of ADP offered products and services.
- Provide continuous support and timely response to Sales, Implementation, and other internal Partners for resolution of inquiries and escalations.
- Timely acceptance and effective resolution of cases submitted to the OTI group via E-start/E-access/Sales Force is required.
- Research and resolve more complex roll call or sales credit discrepancies and respond to rollcall questions received from Sales.
- Works with Sales, Sales Management, and Sales Support including the Deal Support organization to research and resolve rollcall/Sales credit discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Develop sound understanding of Oracle OTC and other relevant systems and applications in order to effectively perform assigned duties related to Order Entry, Billing and Roll Call.
- Strive for becoming Subject Matter Expert on of the areas in OTI administration (Order Entry, Billing and Roll Call).
- Assist with transfer of knowledge or dissemination of policy and procedure changes to assist other OTI teams with gaining proficiency
- Assist on systematic and timely resolution of client impacting issues related to Billing, Order Entry, and Roll Call
- Focus/participate on continuous improvement and finding better ways of doing the job.
- Build relationships of trust, respect, and partnership by providing stellar service to our external clients and our internal production and support teams.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the Manager/Team Lead.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED: - 2 - 3 years experience in Order Entry or Billing roles with a proven proficiency in researching and resolving order entry and billing issues.
- 6 months to 1 year of general accounting experience with basic knowledge of the collection/data processing.
Please note: during the last week of each month, overtime is needed and you may be working some days until 7pm-10pm.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS : Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:
- General knowledge of ADP Policies associated with one or two areas in OTI administration (Order Entry, Billing and roll call).
- Effectively able to work under strict deadlines.
- Proficiency in using a PC and Microsoft applications.
- Knowledge of logic, analysis techniques, critical thought. Requires communication skills - Verbal, Listening and Written. Problem solving skills. Requires advanced knowledge of the organization, products and/or services.
- In-depth knowledge of order entry, billing, and roll call sales policy and procedures.
- This position requires a detail-oriented person who is a team player. Reliability in all aspects of the job to include attendance and punctuality. Very collaborative environment necessary to deal with periods of intense work and deadlines.
