A fast-growing, institutionally backed sustainable infrastructure platform is hiring a Corporate Finance Associate or Senior Associate to support capital markets activity, strategic finance initiatives, and cross-functional planning. This is a unique opportunity for a pre-MBA investment banking analyst to join a lean, entrepreneurial team working at the intersection of real estate, digital infrastructure, and sustainable energy.


The Associate will report to the SVP of Corporate Finance and work closely with senior executives across the firm-including the President & CFO-on transactions, capital structure optimization, lender and investor materials, and high-priority planning efforts. Candidates will get hands-on modeling ownership, external exposure, and a clear path to growth.


What You'll Do

  • Build and maintain complex financial models to support M&A, fundraising, and portfolio strategy
  • Prepare board and investor materials alongside senior leadership
  • Participate in lender and capital partner negotiations
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis to inform decision-making
  • Collaborate with internal deal teams, closings, and underwriting
  • Interface with internal teams across underwriting, investments, and asset management
  • Drive initiatives that enhance portfolio value, optimize capital structure, and support growth

Who We're Looking For

  • 2-4 years of pre-MBA investment banking experience required (real estate coverage preferred). Candidates with investment banking analyst experience who went on to private equity or corporate finance are encouraged to apply.
  • Real estate, REIT, energy, or infrastructure deal experience is required
  • Strong modeling and execution skills, with the ability to operate autonomously
  • Clear communicator, self-starter, and strong analytical thinker
  • Proactive, low-ego team players who thrive in lean, fast-paced environments
  • Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university in finance, economics, accounting, or a related field
