Job Summary

Day to Day Functions
Internal Sales Support - Provide internal support to the Retail Sales Team
- Collaborate with the Retail Sales Team to develop and implement strategic plans for National Accounts, regional accounts and/or co-ops.
- Proactively monitor and assess accounts for program improvement opportunities at-shelf and/or online.
- Prepare and analyze sales, inventory, pricing, promotions, and account reports to assist leadership with account decisions or opportunities for improvement.
- Assist with preparing sales presentations/product line reviews used by Retail Sales Team
- Work with Demand Planning, Inventory Management, and act as the liaison for Retail Sales Team to resolve issues, improve forecasting, monitor delivery discrepancies, delinquencies, inventory issues, etc.
- Work with the Marketing and Retail Sale team to help develop strategies and plans for Retail Media activation across accounts
- Work with the internal team to communicate account expectations, specifications, pricing, inventory availability, new product launch timing, etc.
- Maintain and update systems to ensure up to date customer information.
- Perform other duties as needed.

Relationship Building - Proactively develop relationships with key accounts
- Continue to build and expand relationships with all key accounts, which can include merchant teams, marketing teams, brand advocate teams and Retail Media Teams.
- Provides guidance and direction to the Retail Sales Team as navigating with internal departments.
Communications - Communicate effectively with National Account managers and Senior Management
- Conduct weekly or bi-weekly meetings with Account Managers.
- Respond to inquiries and resolve order issues for customers in a timely manner.

Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, data analytics or related field.
- Previous work experience in sales, operations, or customer service field
- Experience working with big box retailers is ideal, but not required
- Experience in outdoor power equipment or power tools a plus, but not required
- Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Highly efficient and skilled user of standard computer applications including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook or related applications.
- Understanding of business forecasting and analytical methods.

Work Environment
This position is in Charlotte, NC at our headquarters with hybrid model of four days in the office and one day working from home.
