Job Description:
The Associate - Strategy & CEO's Office will support the Head of Strategy & CEO's Office in driving strategic initiatives and ensuring alignment across the organization. This role will involve assisting in strategic analysis, project management, preparing presentations, and monitoring key performance indicators. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience, demonstrating strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
1) CEO Support & Effectiveness:
- Co-creating and assist in preparation of presentations for various stakeholders such as Townhalls, Leadership Team Members, Corporate Office, Board of Directors, and Shareholders.
- Conduct grounds up research and prepare notes on topical issues from time-to-time
2) Strategic Execution & Alignment:
Assist in the governance of 25+ key projects including but not limited to -
- Coordination with Project Lead to understand the Project Scope and Progress
- Application of mind on the overall project planning and execution
- Coordination with cross-functional team to ensure seamless execution
- Update project trackers / Give inputs to project execution teams
- Prepare a weekly note for review with CEO
- Help in problem-solving efforts related to key projects.
3) Strategy Development & Analysis:
- Conduct research and analysis of the external environment (competitive landscape, regulatory changes, market trends) and internal capabilities.
- Assist in synthesizing performance data and market intelligence to provide insights and early warnings.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in strategy, business analysis, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
