Are you looking to accelerate your career in corporate communications and reputation advisory, working on some of the most complex and high-stakes reputational briefs in the market?
An established and fast-growing communications consultancy based in Marylebone, London is looking for an Associate (1-3 years PR experience) to join its close-knit and senior-led team. They advise CEOs, Boards, and corporate affairs leaders on critical reputational challenges and opportunities - offering strategic insight, crisis counsel, and communications expertise.
Responsibilities
As an Associate, you'll work closely with partners and directors to support retained clients and project work, with responsibilities including:
- Supporting delivery of communications and reputation strategies, including crisis communications
- Helping design and activate strategic campaigns that draw on media, data, public affairs and stakeholder engagement
- Conducting high-quality research and delivering insight that informs strategy and planning
- Assisting in new business development, including pitch prep and proposal writing
- Being an integral member of client-facing teams
Requirements
This is a role for someone with curiosity, initiative, and a confident, strategic mindset. You'll bring:
- At least 18 months of client-facing experience in corporate communications, public affairs or financial PR
- Excellent writing and storytelling skills - from content development to client-ready decks
- A strong grasp of how insight and data inform reputation strategies
- Confidence in working with senior stakeholders
- A collaborative spirit and strong interpersonal skills
