We are developing some of the most ambitious low-carbon, baseload power, and industrial decarbonization projects in the world-with a strong emphasis on Carbon Capture, Utilization, and Storage (CCUS).

Currently advancing the world's largest natural gas combined cycle power plant with carbon capture, they are strategically positioned to scale multiple $2 billion+ projects over the next 3-5 years.


The Opportunity

We are seeking a Strategic Financial Analyst to join our fast-growing team in Houston. This is a high-impact, entrepreneurial role offering unmatched exposure to major infrastructure deals and direct collaboration with industry-leading executives.

You'll be a key contributor in developing and executing multi-billion-dollar project finance strategies, including structuring debt, preparing for equity raises, and interacting with institutional investors. This is an ideal role for someone with strong modeling skills and a background in project finance, investment banking, or corporate development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain complex financial models for large-scale energy and CCUS projects.
  • Support the structuring of over $1 billion in project-level debt financing.
  • Analyze investment opportunities and support capital raise efforts.
  • Work closely with senior leadership to drive strategic financial planning and decision-making.
  • Interface regularly with institutional investors, lenders, and strategic partners.
  • Participate in due diligence, deal execution, and investment committee presentations.
  • Contribute to internal corporate development and long-term value creation initiatives.

Qualifications

  • 2-5+ years of experience in project finance, investment banking, or corporate development.
  • Strong financial modeling and valuation skills are essential.
  • Experience in energy, infrastructure, or capital-intensive industries strongly preferred.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
